Add Support for CrayPat
Currently, CrayPat doesn't support Charm++. As of now, they detect 'charm_beginComputation' and abort if the binary matches. They theorize that this is because there are issues at termination involving Charm++ shutting down threads as CrayPat attempts to get performance data. We've started a dialogue with the CrayPat team to add the support they need for the tool to work correctly. It seems that adding a callback to inform CrayPat that Charm++ is closing may solve the problem, but we're waiting on the CrayPat team to get back to us.
