Cannot replicate bug on:

  • ./build AMPI netlrts-linux-x86_64 smp --with-prio-type=int --enable-randomized-msgq -j4 --suffix randq-debug -O3 -g
  • ./build AMPI netl-linux-x86_64 smp --with-prio-type=int --enable-randomized-msgq -j4 --suffix randq-debug -O3
  • ./build AMPI netlrts-linux-x86_64 smp clang --with-prio-type=int --enable-randomized-msgq -j4 --suffix randq-debug -O3 -g

When compiled and tested charm/tests/queuing on laptop and on intellect. Tried with and without TESTOPTS="+p4 ++ppn 4", over multiple trials.

As this sampling includes different versions of linux, gcc, and the clang compiler, I conclude that some other change has fixed this bug, or it is local to some other platform.
