Description

Currently the manual just says:

10 . 1 . 3 . 2 Immediate Messages
Immediate messages are special messages that skip the Charm scheduler, they can be executed in an "immediate'' fashion even in the middle of a normal running entry method. They are supported only in nodegroup.

We need to decide if we are exposing immediate messages to the user. If no, we need to remove this section. If yes, we need to understand its semantics and improve this documentation.

Another point to note is to support immediate messages in the background, where charm++ messages being called with "immediate" entry methods are marked immediate by the RTS.
