Description

Using zero copy direct API, we can use RDMA to reduce the memory footprint of AMPI programs during LB. When migrating, we can only PUP the sizes and addresses, but not the buffers themselves, then when unpacking create CkNcpy{Source,Destination} and copy the buffers via rget's. This will reduce the memory overhead during migration from potentially 4x down to 2x.

I have a proof-of-concept implementation that needs to be cleanup up and posted to gerrit.
